Why can’t I message a seller directly?

To prevent spam, messaging is only enabled after you have initiated a transaction (like a Request or an Offer). You cannot message users randomly without a valid reason to trade.

Offers may have an expiration date set during creation. If an offer sits inactive past this date, the system automatically marks it as “Expired” to keep the marketplace fresh. You can reactivate it by editing the offer.

Check your Spam/Junk folder. Ensure your email address is correct in your Profile settings. Tip: You can always check your Dashboard > My Offers to see if any have a “Pending” status, regardless of email delivery.
