The Sender bears the cost of delivery.
- For P2P Exchanges: If you list a book and someone requests it, you (the Sender/Provider) are responsible for covering the shipping fee when you drop it off at the pickup station.
- For Library Requests: When you request a book from the Central Library, the Library (as the Sender) handles the dispatch.
