The Central Library is the core collection of books owned and managed by LitAmb Pro. Unlike the P2P marketplace (where users trade directly), books in the library are stored, quality-checked, and shipped by the platform administrators.
1. How to Donate a Book Donating to the library is the primary way to earn points if you don’t want to buy them.
- Submission Process:
- Navigate to the “Donate a Book” page on your dashboard (or use the

Log In - Book Details: Enter the Title, Author, ISBN, Publisher, and Year.
- Condition & Genre: Accurately select the condition (New, Good, Fair) and Genre, as these determine the point value.
- Photos: You must upload at least one clear photo of the book. Ideally, include photos of the front cover, back cover, and spine to speed up the review.
- Location: Specify where the book is currently located so we can arrange pickup or provide drop-off instructions.

2. The Approval Process Once you submit the form, your donation enters a “Pending Review” state.
- Admin Review: A library administrator will review your submission photos and details to ensure the book meets our quality standards (e.g., no missing pages, severe water damage, or offensive content).
- Approval: If accepted, the status changes to “Approved”.

- Rejection: If the book does not meet criteria, the status changes to “Rejected”, and you will not receive points.
3. When do I get my points? You receive your points immediately upon Approval.
- The system calculates the final point value based on the book’s base worth and condition multiplier.
- These points are credited to your wallet and recorded in your transaction history as “Earned”.
4. Pickup & Handover After approval, a library representative will contact you (or you will receive an automated notification) to arrange the physical handover of the book. Once the library physically receives the item, the status is updated to “Received”.
