The book I received is damaged or not as described. How do I report this?

Do NOT click “Confirm Receipt.” Instead:

1. Go to the transaction details page.
2. Click the “Report Issue” or “Dispute” button.
3. This freezes the transaction and alerts an admin to intervene.
