If your issue is related to an active transaction (e.g., the book hasn’t arrived, it’s damaged, or the wrong item was sent), the fastest way to get help is to open a Dispute directly from your dashboard. This links your issue to the specific transaction ID so our team can see the details immediately.
- Step 1: Log in to your account.
- Step 2: Go to My Dashboard > Transactions.
- Step 3: Find the order you are having trouble with.
- Step 4: Click the “Report Issue” or “Dispute” button.
- Step 5: Select the reason for your report and add any relevant details. This freezes the transaction and alerts an administrator to intervene.
