The system prevents you from making a request if you don’t meet the necessary requirements. Check the following:
- Delivery Profile: You must have a saved shipping address or pickup profile. Go to Settings > Delivery Profiles to set one up.
- Sufficient Points: Ensure your Available Balance (not just lifetime earnings) covers the book’s cost.
- Active Subscription: If your subscription has expired, you cannot make new requests until you renew it.
